Student Testimonials

“I’ve always loved the idea of meditating but I never know if I’m doing it “right.” I have a hard time bringing my focus back when my thoughts wander and then I tend to just give up. But this course is changing everything! I love David & Jelena’s style of teaching so when I saw they had this course, I didn’t hesitate to get it. The way they guide you in each exercise is so gentle and caring, like they’re right there with you taking you through the steps. And since there are pranayama exercises too, I finally decided to give that a try… and wow! I feel SO good. I’m so thankful they created this course!”

-Lynn
