One Comprehensive Program Or Smaller Focused-Areas Of Study
Enrolling in the 200-hour Ashtanga & Mindfulness Programme provides you with a well-founded curriculum covering everything you need to become more deeply rooted in your practice and help others fully embody theirs as well.
Because not everyone is looking for such a comprehensive program and may wish to focus their studies on a specialized area within Ashtanga, the following courses within the 200-hour Programme are also offered individually.
