Whether you’re new to Ashtanga or you have been practicing for a while and want to expand your knowledge, this retreat is for you. Under the structured yet playful guidance of David and Jelena, you’ll learn important alignment principles, and in-depth knowledge of the Ashtanga technique. In addition to daily Asana practice, David and Jelena will also offer lessons on Pranayama and Mindfulness Meditation.

This retreat will be held in two locations, the Villa and the Finca, both equally stunning properties 100m away from each other. Both properties, its wonderful gardens, pools and surrounding will be available for everybody but you can choose which one to stay in.
