Sunday, November 17 @11am we will hold a ceremony to help ease the passing of our beloved Paramguru Sharath Jois. We will sit and chant (optional) together, which is a purifying ritual to be done in these moments of grief and sadness.
All are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Join David Robson & Jelena Vesić in Toronto, Canada for a live Led Primary class leading you through Ashtanga's Primary Series. David & Jelena will guide you through the traditional Sanskrit vinyasa count and include lots of useful, detailed instructions.

After the practice, there will be pranayama led by David, then guided meditation with Jelena to close out our morning session together.
