A 90-minute class leading you through Ashtanga's Primary Series. David will guide Jelena through the traditional Sanskrit vinyasa count and include lots of useful, detailed instructions. - Opening Conference + Welcome

- Breathing Moving System Workshop

An introduction to the concepts and terminology of the Ashtanga tradition. Exploring the concept of vinyasa and it’s different meanings. Introduction to Sanskrit numbers.
Day 3:
- Suryanamaskara Workshop
Learning the count and cues for Suryanamaskara A & B.
Day 4:
- Recorded Q&A
A highlight of many of our courses. This full class will be dedicated to giving (livestream) students an opportunity to ask any questions up to this point in the course.
Day 5:
- Fundamentals Workshop #1
Learning the vinyasa and cues for Padangusthasana, Padahastasana, Utthitatrikonasana A & B, and Utthitaparsvakonasana.
Day 6:
- Fundamentals Workshop #2
Learning the vinyasa and cues for Prasaritapadottanasana A, B, C & D, and Parsvottanasana.
Day 7:
